      "Trinity"

      “Trinity”
This Kumete (bowl) is inspired by the island of Rarotonga. there is a balance in threes.
Rarotonga has a strong Christian follow from when the missionaries arrived here some 200 years ago.
The father, the son and the holy spirit is the trinity know my most people. There are many other trinity's that are also held important to people and these are also celebrated in this kumete.
Items come and go from a kumete, some for a moment and other will stay for a long time with others passing.
This is the same with people in Rarotonga.
